As a UX Designer at Infosys, I was hired by one of our biggest clients, AT&T, to work on their internal e-learning platform called PLE, an acronym for Personalized Learning Experience. PLE was utilized by the company to train and educate their employees for continuous professional development.
I joined the team and worked with two other designers to unify T-University, a separate internal platform that focused on building interpersonal skills such as leadership, with PLE. My role largely consisted of creating interfaces that met business needs and time constraints while still advocating for best UX practices. This mainly involved creating interfaces that enabled users to navigate and digest newly added robust data throughout the updated platform.
